Suppressor Cleaning keeps your can from turning into a solid block of carbon and lead. When design allows, I disassemble the suppressor, run the baffles and core through my firearm-specific Infante ultrasonic tank, and carefully remove stubborn fouling that robs performance and adds weight. If the unit is sealed, I use methods appropriate to that construction and material.
After cleaning, I dry and inspect components and reassemble to proper orientation and torque. Regular professional cleaning helps maintain sound reduction, reduces stress on threads and mounts, and makes future maintenance much easier.
